All work starts with a thorough inspection to find the problem, and any and all entry points. Inspection fee will apply to the removal of the problem.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with introducing ourselves to you. Then get an idea from you of where to start. Then we do a thorough inspection to find the problem and entry points so that we can thoroughly eliminate the problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Educated in the proper and humane removal of pests, rodents, birds, bats, snakes, squirrel, raccoons, groundhogs, foxes, beavers, have 10 plus years of experience removing wildlife from residential and commercial properties. License in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up in a rural area I had an ongoing interaction with wildlife. I learned a lot about habits, daily routines, and habitats. Also have a strong background in construction of all types.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers, from all walks of life. This area has provided me with the chance to meet and work for a truly diverse group of customers. Everyday there is something new that keeps me interested and striving to do the best for each and everyone of my customers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you feel at ease and informed from your technician. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. We are here to provide the absolute best service we can. If you are not pleased we have failed.

about their project?
This varies from project to project. No question is wrong. If it's a concern of yours then it's a concern of ours, and everything should be crystal clear by the end of the inspection.
